Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or any servers or networks connected to the Platform.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
2. Disclaimers
You are responsible for any content you upload, transmit, or share on the Platform (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content, but by submitting it to the Platform, you grant Sunday Sidekick a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content on the Platform.
3. Limitation of Liability
Sunday Sidekick will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sunday Sidekick regarding your use of the Platform.
7. Updates to the Terms
Sunday Sidekick may update these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the amended Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the amended Terms.
